Education: BA in Comparative Women’s Studies, Spelman College; MSc in Social Anthropology, University of Oxford; MSW, Masters in Social Work, University of Pennsylvania

Ariele Le Grand brings a diverse background in program development, facilitation, and advocacy to her work at TCC Group. She has worked on strategy and capacity building projects for clients that include the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Methodist Healthcare Ministries. She is a licensed social worker with a depth of experience in sexual and behavioral health, adolescent development, and community-based interventions. Prior to joining TCC Group, Ariele developed community and college campus based programs at the Clinton Foundation to promote sexual health and prevent prescription drug abuse.

Ariele has ten years of experience working with nonprofits and academic centers striving to deepen their social impact. She previously worked with National Development & Research Institutes, where she designed research tools for a qualitative study exploring harm reduction approaches among injection drug users. She has also worked with the Oakland, CA based organization, Girls Leadership, where she facilitated workshops for girls and families on healthy relationships and emotional intelligence. During her tenure as a fellow with the Satcher Health Leadership Institute of Morehouse School of Medicine, Ariele designed an HIV prevention program model for gay and trans identifying youth of color and served on a sexual health curriculum advisory committee.

Ariele is an alumna of Spelman College where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. She holds Master's degrees in Social Anthropology and Social Work from the University of Oxford and the University of Pennsylvania respectively.
