Ms. Lenhardt currently serves as the Administrative Manager at TCC Group, overseeing all Firm Administration, Human Resources, Operations and Technology.
Previously at McKinsey & Company, Ms. Lenhardt oversaw over 80 national and international consultants while involved with McKinsey Alumni Consulting (MAC) working closely with McKinsey shareholders and partners in the development, launch and coordination of McKinsey Alumni Consulting. MAC became the Firm's first new program in over 40 years, and Ms. Lenhardt managed financials, budget, program growth, alumni consultants and revenue generation within this program. While at McKinsey & Company, Ms. Lenhardt also founded Opera Singers Initiative to support emerging classical talent by providing essential mentoring and business skills for the development and growth of these classical performers.
Ms. Lenhardt serves on the Board and is a member of numerous philanthropic organizations including Opera Singers Initiative, Carnegie Hall Notables, Nature Conservancy and 85 Broads. Ms. Lenhardt consults for The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, advising philanthropic organizations on their strategy, operations and organizational management.
A former opera singer, Ms. Lenhardt was also on the faculty of the Steinhardt School of Education as an Adjunct Professor at New York University. Ms. Lenhardt was featured in Crain's Gotham Gigs for her work as the successful Founder of Opera Singers Initiative.
Most recently, Ms. Lenhardt has been featured in Harvard Business School's Community Partners Program for her work in philanthropy.
