As an affiliate consultant at TCC Group, Brett Dupuy has experience in theory of change, organizational assessment, leadership development, and strategic planning (including operational and business planning).. He has worked with a diverse range of institutions within the social justice sector addressing issues related to education, immigration, community health, and collective impact.
Prior to joining the TCC Group, Brett worked as an organizational development consultant at Ritchie | Tye Consulting. Over a period of three years he has designed and delivering participatory strategic planning processes, developed metrics and systems to track progress towards strategic goals, and provided individual and group coaching to executive level clients. Most recently, Brett has provided project management support and technical assistance to 10,000 Degrees, where he completed an exhaustive environmental scan assessment, and advised leadership in the development of new strategies and cost projections for the organization’s strategic planning initiative.
In addition to his consulting work, Brett is deeply engaged with volunteer efforts within New York City. As a mediator for the New York Peace Institute, he provides free facilitation and coaching services to residents seeking to find common ground in both interpersonal and community level disputes.
