Caitlin has also provided support to a number of TCC’s long-term family foundation clients such as the Mary J. Hutchins Foundation, the Ohrstrom Foundation, ViiV Healthcare’s Positive Action Community Grants Program, the Virginia B. Toulmin Foundation, and the Panaphil and Uphill Foundations. This work includes providing back-office support, interfacing with current and potential grantees, managing grant databases, developing grant dockets, preparing Board meeting minutes, and writing grantee acceptance and decline letters.
Prior to joining TCC Group, Caitlin worked with Teach for America in a New York City public school as an English as a Second Language teacher. She brings experience in strategic marketing and fundraising experience through her work with Habitat for Humanity. Caitlin graduated Fordham University with an MS in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), and earned a BA from Syracuse University in Art Photography.
