Janice Brown, Senior Consultant at TCC Group, has expertise in corporate grantmaking, designing corporate signature programs, employee involvement, and nonprofit organizational development. Since joining TCC Group in 2004, she has worked on projects for Pfizer, Goldman Sachs, Kraft, Computer Associates (CA), The Gap Foundation, International Paper, The Foundation Center, The Aspen Institute Business and Society Program, and United Neighborhood Houses.
Prior to joining TCC Group, Brown was a Program Officer in the Morgan Stanley Community Affairs department, focusing on employee volunteerism, employee giving, and grantmaking to youth development organizations.
Brown is a founding board member of Room To Grow, a nonprofit organization that provides material necessities and parenting education to low-income families with children under the age of three in New York and Boston.
Brown holds a Master's Degree in East Asian Studies from The University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's of Arts in English Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
