Lisa’s experience includes working with foundations, nonprofits, governments, and corporations to increase the effectiveness of their social change efforts. Her work has centered on performance measurement and evaluation, strategic planning, and building evaluative capacity within organizations.
At TCC Group, Lisa has led evaluation engagements with clients including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Johnson & Johnson, Pew Charitable Trusts, Harvard University’s Center on the Developing Child, Hand in Hand International, Women Deliver, and Princeton in Africa.
Prior to joining TCC Group, Lisa led the performance measurement practice at Changing Our World, Inc., where her work included measurement framework design, evaluation of grant portfolios, and integration of evaluation planning into the design of global signature philanthropic programs for clients.
Lisa also brings strong field-based experience which includes working directly within the areas of international development, global health, and workforce development. In roles held at Structured Employment Economic Development Corporation (Seedco), AmeriCares Foundation, and Peace Corps Honduras, Lisa worked to engage stakeholder groups, answer core strategic and evaluation questions, use data to inform program design changes, and build internal capacity in evaluation.
Lisa has extensive international experience having worked in over 18 countries and speaks Spanish fluently. She completed her MBA at Monterey Institute of International Studies with a focus on Nonprofit Management and International Development and her Bachelor of Business Administration at Texas A&M University.
