Originally hailing from Melbourne, Australia, Neha is passionate about bridging the gap between the private and public sectors to create a more just and equitable society. She recently joined TCC Group’s Corporate Services team as an analyst. Neha currently spends a majority of her time working on ViiV Healthcare projects where she assists her team with programmatic support across five different program areas.
Prior to joining TCC Group, Neha undertook a professional placement at Global Citizen, working on the Policy and Advocacy team under where she led the planning and execution of a Global Youth Advocates Development Program. This was a pilot initiative that gathered young activists from around the globe with diverse campaigning and advocacy backgrounds, allowing for an engaging exchange of experience, strategies and practices addressing pressing global issues, as outlined by the United Nations’ Global Goals.
Neha also served as the Assistant State Director at the Oaktree Foundation in Melbourne, Australia. In this role, she worked most closely on a diversity initiative and professional development module for volunteers and staff.
Neha has been recognized by the New York State Assembly as a “Global Youth Leader” for her work with grassroots social justice initiatives. Neha has a M.A. in International Development Practice and a B.A. in International Studies & Human Resource Management from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. In her spare time Neha can be found at each and every hip hop music concert.
