Ryan Laychak

Ryan Laychak Analyst

Education: B.A. Government, University of Virginia

Originally from the Washington D.C. area, Ryan joined TCC Group’s Corporate Services team in New York as an analyst, where he will spend the majority of his time working on the five different program areas for ViiV Healthcare.

Prior to joining TCC Group, Ryan served as an analyst at ICF, a strategic consulting firm in Fairfax, VA where he worked on a variety of projects related to family self-sufficiency and workforce development. At ICF, Ryan supported outreach, research, web analytics, program evaluation and technical assistance efforts for federal grants within the Department of Labor and the Department of Health and Human Services, as well as for the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and two community colleges in DC and Maryland. He has experience working with diverse groups such as Veterans and low-income, low-skilled populations.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Government with a focus in American Government & Politics. As an undergraduate research assistant Ryan conducted primary and secondary research for the Politics of Infectious Diseases in South Africa and the Civil War Dynamics Research Groups in the Department of Politics. In his spare time Ryan can be found watching UVA basketball and drinking iced coffee.
