Education: B.A. Psychology, Amherst College

Vincent Benavides serves as the firm’s receptionist, administrative assistant, and technology specialist, working closely with the Finance Department, Technology Department, and Human Resources. He thrives in the fast-paced environment of TCC Group, providing ongoing support to staff, general accounting assistance, refining internal systems, and ensuring daily operations flow smoothly. Vincent joined TCC group in 2014, passionate about TCC Group’s commitment to develop the effectiveness of the social sector.

Prior to joining TCC Group, Vincent has worked with a number of mission-driven organizations including the New York Aquarium, New York City Department of Parks & Recreation, and El Museo del Barrio. As an Urban Park Ranger with the Parks Department, Vincent led development of the New York City Street Tree Map in Queens and Manhattan. The initiative helped produce the world’s most accurate and detailed public-facing map of street trees, and has improved environmental stewardship in New York. At the New York Aquarium, he coordinated the New York Seascape marine program with CITES officials (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) to acquire and breed endangered marine species, most notably the pot-bellied seahorse.

Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a specialty in Cognitive and Perceptual Psychology, from Amherst College.
