We are actively working with clients to find solutions, and we applaud their willingness to take exceptional measures to address today's challenges. Our Leading In Difficult Times series addresses how corporations, funders, and nonprofits can balance their long-term visions for change with economic realities. The Sustainability Formula — a free webinar to help organizations remain resilient

The size of a nonprofit's operating budget is not necessarily the best metric for determining its sustainability. This couldn't be more apparent in the current economic climate where many nonprofits are making tough decisions about program and staff cuts or shutting their doors altogether. TCC Group conducted a statistical analysis of the factors that correlate to organizational sustainability for approximately 700 nonprofit organizations that used its Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT). Join TCC Group Senior Vice President and Director of Research, Peter York, on Wednesday, September 30 from 1-2 pm (EST) as he highlights the factors that determine a nonprofit's sustainability and provides recommendations that center around leadership and learning in order to stay strong in the shifting economy.
