At TCC Group:
  • ViiV Healthcare: As part of her work overseeing and managing initiatives within the multi-million-dollar HIV prevention and treatment community giving portfolio, Tiffany dives deeply with impacted communities, organizing listening sessions, meeting with community organizations, identifying local influencers, and recruiting and training local coordinators. Her commitment to community listening and understanding has honed and enriched the messaging and high-impact programming that has received national recognition for awareness-building, breaking down treatment barriers, and destigmatizing HIV.
  • ACCELERATE! As Much as I Can: Organizing and propelling a multitude of stakeholders involved in the creation of the immersive theater experience “As Much as I Can,” Tiffany contributed to the creative development processes, and she co-led the promotion, communication, and outreach that drew 1,500 people to the premiere event. The program has received the Excellence in Patient Engagement award from the World Patient Congress, among other accolades.
  • Positive Action for Women: Tiffany focuses on grants and community-informed programming to address health disparities and HIV risk factors for women of color. Bridging her community understanding and relationships with ethnographic research, she elevates thematic areas and develops community outreach opportunities to break down isolation and to build networks of support for women. Tiffany is also leading efforts to elevate the urgency of risk in various communities leveraging local media to bring attention and focus on issues related to women living with and at-risk for HIV. She also manages professional outreach efforts, targeting organizations and conferences with experts, abstracts, and panel presentations that lift the relevance and role of these issues at a thought leadership level.
Before TCC Group:
  • American Institutes for Research (CDC’s Let’s Stop HIV Together): Tiffany managed the development of significant communication and social marketing projects including the creation and implementation of the CDC’s first national HIV/AIDS awareness campaign. Drawing on her unique skills building meaningful relationships, Tiffany had a hands-on role in the design and execution of community engagement events across the country. She also supported a volunteer partner coalition, the Together Network, that worked to amplify the dissemination and reach of campaign messages and materials in local communities.
  • American Institutes for Research (CDC’s Start Talking. Stop HIV): Her ability to engage others and create a safe space for open dialogue aligned Tiffany with the CDC’s campaign to help people, specifically gay men, feel more comfortable having a conversation about their status and concerns and barriers to safe sex. She co-led the strategic development and implementation of the campaign, delivering resources to help start and support important conversations between partners. Tiffany also drove the social media and digital communication presence for the campaign, building an interactive mobile unit in partnership with Google and successfully growing the Facebook page (organically) from zero to over 30,000 followers in just four months.
