D’Ante Tinson

D’Ante brings a strong background in the nonprofit sector to their work, fueled by a commitment to systemic change. Through his experience in grant-making, proposal development, and managing partner relationships, he gained valuable insights into how strategic guidance and efficient resource distribution can help organizations achieve lasting social change.

At TCC Group, D’Ante manages projects for ViiV Healthcare’s Positive Action programs, including initiatives for Latinx men, Accelerate, and Positive Action for Women/Risk to Reasons. He also support the grants team by serving as a thought partner on strategy, direction, and planning.

Before joining TCC, D’Ante served as a Project Associate at Laurel House, where he collaborated with a team of graduate consultants to combine research and stakeholder input into actionable recommendations. As an intern at Social Strategy Associates, he supported the grantmaking process, assisting with the creation of funding proposals and managing relationships with grant partners. Through these experiences with nonprofits, D’Ante came to realize how stark the divide was between organizations with the resources to deliver transformative services and those limited by capacity, and developed a keen understanding of how grant-making drives organizational impact and social change.

D’Ante spent most of his formative years in Kentucky, which shaped his perspective and passion for working with communities from varied backgrounds to ensure inclusive and impactful solutions.
