Winter 2023:

Session 1: Monday, January 30th, 3-5pm ET
Session 2: Wednesday, February 1st, 3-5pm ET
Session 3: Friday, February 3rd, 3-5pm ET

TCC Group has trained hundreds of nonprofit consultants globally to effectively and impactfully lead social sector organizational change by using our Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT). Certified CCAT Facilitators provide expert guidance, enabling nonprofit leaders to appreciate areas to prioritize to immediately experience organizational strengthening. CCAT certified facilitators ensure organizations fully reap the benefits of the CCAT report, enabling them to pivot and adapt to our rapidly changing landscape.

What is the CCAT?

TCC Group’s Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT) offers a proven, results-driven vehicle for consultants to collaboratively partner with nonprofit organizations seeking to strengthen their capacity with limited resources. Social sector professionals in a wide diversity of cultures and geographic locations rely on the CCAT to help nonprofits of all sizes, types, ages, and life cycles develop the competencies and skills required to effectively enrich lives and solve society’s most intractable problems.

CCAT Facilitators will acquire the skills to:

• Understand and explain the Core Capacity Assessment Model to appreciate nonprofit organizational strengths and challenges.
• Identify and prioritize resources required to grow and sustain a nonprofit’s mission and impact.
• Encourage and enable nonprofits to strengthen and sustain their work over time by identifying their most powerful change levers to build more equitable and inclusive organizations and amplify their impact.

Spring 2023:

Session 1: Monday, April 24th, 3-5pm ET
Session 2: Wednesday, April 26th, 3-5pm ET
Session 3: Friday, April 28th, 3-5pm ET

Fall 2023:

Session 1: Monday, October 2nd, 3-5pm ET
Session 2: Wednesday, October 4th 1st, 3-5pm ET
