Health Equity Research Learning Exchange

Hosted at the 2019 Grantmakers in Health Annual conference, the Health Equity Research Learning Exchange is part of Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s (RWJF) institutional effort to advance health equity through the new Health Equity Research Initiative: Exploring New Frontiers of Health Equity Research.

The Initiative will encompass a sustained and collaborative set of learning dialogues, initially convened by RWJF, that is designed, led by and engages equity-focused researchers, community leadership, and funders (both public and private). The initiative endeavors to strengthen connections among these constituencies, improve communication and understanding about health equity research, and build capacity of funders, researchers, and others in the health equity field.

The Learning Exchange is open to all conference participants as well as other invited researchers, funders, and practitioners working in the health equity research field or interested in learning more about health equity.

A networking reception at the Hyatt will follow from 5:00 – 6:00pm.
