Erica works at the intersection of the corporate and social sector to address disparities in healthcare, education, and social services.

A former pharmaceutical director credited with successful high-impact corporate philanthropy programs, Erica has returned to consulting with TCC Group where she connects social sector issues with global corporate responsibility and philanthropic giving.

Her career commitment to generate positive, measurable results for both businesses and society shines through when she leads clients and teams through business and strategic planning and program development processes. She is skilled at engaging a diverse range of stakeholders using a distinctive combination of thoughtful listening, diplomacy, and vision-driven clarity. An open and creative thinker, Erica considers all options and creates space for ideas to flourish and percolate, where anything can happen.

With her positive, solution-driven approach and industry expertise, Erica is called upon to facilitate visioning processes, develop collaborative exercises, and build learning communities, and she has presented extensively to a wide range of audiences on philanthropy trends and issues.

At TCC Group:
  • ViiV Healthcare: Erica is leading HIV-focused learning community development efforts and a broad range of ViiV Healthcare’s community giving work. Supporting 120 community-based AIDS Service Organizations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, she is responsible for providing strategic direction to inform community-involved program design; community, stakeholder, and thought leader engagement; grants design and management; and continuous applied learning and evaluation. With the insights from a strategic advisory team, she is engaging stakeholders, identifying needs across multiple communities, and seeking opportunities for ViiV to make a unique and impactful contribution.
  • LPL Financial: Erica leads the strategic development of LPL’s College Readiness Initiative, enabling more first-generation and low-income students to transition successfully from high school to college. Applying a combination of grants management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications strategies, Erica guides the initiative’s implementation, bringing company advisors, employees, and community partners together to support underserved high school students in pursuit of higher education. She clarifies the goals, objectives, and metrics needed to provide students with the skills and training they need to live successful, economically empowered lives.
Before TCC Group:
  • Pfizer: Erica oversaw the implementation and evaluation of global health and community grant programs totaling $50 million. With responsibility for the oversight of the corporate responsibility function and implementation of its strategies, she designed philanthropic and social investment strategies with a focus on science education and health.
  • Alliance for a Healthy Border: Focused on regional disease prevention efforts for diabetes and cardiovascular conditions, Erica worked with organizations along the U.S. and Mexican border to identify and support strong partners to implement education and awareness efforts. As a states-focused effort, she also worked with government relations and engaged congresspersons in support of the program.
