As the initial point of contact at TCC Group, Jessi creates a welcoming atmosphere that promotes trust, dialogue, and authentic self-expression. Initially attracted to TCC Group due to its efforts in strengthening essential nonprofits, she manages vital logistics across the firm and partners with clients as an Analyst for the Integrated Initiatives team. Before joining TCC Group, Jessi worked to optimize operational systems with a firm belief that systems can be positively transformed to enhance impact. As Communications and Development Coordinator for Parents for Public Schools of San Francisco, she expanded inclusivity by producing additional communications content and newsletters in Spanish and Mandarin. This initiative helped a broader range of parents and caregivers to navigate the nation’s third-largest school system. At B Lab Global, an organization that certifies socially- and environmentally-focused businesses, Jessi supported strategic growth and engagement by streamlining events and logistics and researching and stewarding donors. Across her work, Jessi draws on her extensive experiences with communal housing to inform her approach, emphasizing empathy and strong communication skills. Jessi earned a bachelor’s degree in history with concentrations in multidisciplinary design and Near Eastern studies at the University of Michigan. In her personal time, Jessi walks dogs at the local animal shelter, and shares her passion for sustainable fashion and handcrafts. She appreciates the diverse creativity in her home of New York City, where there is always someone new with whom to collaborate.
