Delivering strategic, trust-based grants solutions through innovative problem-solving

Integrating insights from his experience in community health work, student leadership development, and nonprofit resource mobilization, Steven approaches challenges at TCC Group with a multidimensional and innovative problem-solving skillset. Through the adaptability strengthened by fast-paced nonprofit environments, he applies his diverse skill set to support the Grants Management team with administration, processing, project oversight, and grantee relationship building.

Beginning his career as an AmeriCorps VISTA with the City of Philadelphia, Steven supported health and wellness-related nonprofits for the West Philadelphia Promise Zone, a place-based collective impact project created by the Obama Administration. He played a key role in bringing together local stakeholders to address critical community needs—including enhancing food access and COVID-19 vaccination—and developing comprehensive resource communication and distribution strategies. As IACT Coordinator at Penn Hillel at the University of Pennsylvania, he planned educational events and engagements around Israel, building strong relationships and fostering community among Jewish students. Ultimately, this ignited his passion for fundraising and led him to pursue a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership.

His firsthand experience working with nonprofits, particularly smaller organizations, provided crucial insight into sector-wide challenges and emphasized the importance of trust-based, lasting partnerships. This perspective drives Steven’s commitment to developing strategic, impactful solutions that empower organizations and strengthen the nonprofit sector.
