This report presents the findings of a study funded by the Weingart Foundation and carried out by TCC Group to: Assess the organizational strengths and challenges of nonprofit organizations in Los Angeles County Learn about these organizations’ capacity-building needs (defined as any activity that strengthens the performance of a nonprofit organization) as well as their access to and experiences with capacity-building services Ascertain the availability and types of capacity-building services in the region.
